About Dr. Victor
Dr. Victor is currently a Professor in the Department of Psychology at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). She also serves as a Volunteer Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehvaioral Sciences at University of California, Los Angeles where she trains and supervises clinical psychology graduate student externs/interns and postdoctoral fellows in the practice of clinical neuropsychological assessment.
Dr. Victor holds licensure as a clinical psychologist (PSY21150) and was board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology in 2010 (American Board of Professional Psychology). She completed her APA-accredited internship at the West Los Angeles Veterans Healthcare System in 2004 before going on to complete her two-year APA-accredited postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center (2004 - 2006).

Her research interests focus on cross-cultural considerations and the detection of performance and symptom invalidity in neuropsychological assessment, and she has multiple publications in these areas of research. She was the 2014 recipient of the CSUDH Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activities Faculty Recognition award.
​
Dr. Victor serves on several university committees, including the Graduate Training committee in the Department of Psychology MA Program at CSUDH. She is also the Chair of the Voluntary Clinical Faculty Committee at UCLA and serves on the Strategic Planning Committee of Grex, the west coast not-for-profit affiliate of the AK Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems.
